Your data rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have specific rights over the personal data we hold. Here's what they mean in practice and how to use them.

Access

Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, including which order it's attached to and its sensitivity tier.

Correction

Ask us to correct inaccurate identity, entity, or order-field data — some fields may require re-verification after a change.

Erasure

Request deletion of data no longer needed for an active order or a statutory retention obligation. We'll tell you if a legal hold applies.

How to exercise these rights

Email our Data Protection Officer with your registered email or phone number and the specific request. We verify identity before acting on any request, and respond within 30 days as required under the Act.

What we can’t erase immediately

Records tied to an active order, an open dispute, or a statutory retention obligation (for example, financial transaction records) are held for the required period even after an erasure request — we’ll tell you which class applies and when it clears.
