Terms of service

These terms govern use of Suvidha by buyers and providers alike. Creating an account means you accept them.

What the platform is

Suvidha is a marketplace connecting buyers with independent, verified professionals for fixed-scope compliance and filing services. We are not a party to the underlying professional engagement — the provider delivers the service; we operate the booking, payment escrow, and record-keeping around it.

Provider verification

Providers move through a staged verification funnel before they can list regulated-category services. A verification badge reflects the stage reached at the time it was granted — it is not a guarantee of work quality, and standing can be revoked for repeated SLA breaches or complaint patterns.

Orders and payment

Each order is fixed-scope: price, turnaround window, and required documents are shown before you pay. Funds are held until delivery is accepted or a dispute is resolved. Cancelling before a provider starts work is generally free; cancelling after is subject to the service’s stated policy.

Clarifications and SLA

If a provider needs something clarified, the order’s SLA countdown pauses honestly until you respond — it does not run against you while the ball is in the provider’s court, and vice versa.

Disputes

Delivered work can be disputed directly from the order before it’s closed. Disputes are reviewed against the order’s documented timeline. See Grievance redressal for escalation timelines.

Liability

Suvidha is not liable for the professional accuracy of work delivered by an independent provider. Our responsibility is the integrity of the booking, payment, and record — not the substantive correctness of a filing, which remains the provider’s professional responsibility.
